In this video we explore the lead/follow mechanics and connection of a Throw Out down the Left-Side (Opposite of a normal throw out). It a good foundational course that will help you with other advanced concepts when getting better at your Throw Outs!

Bart Bartolo is an iconic bal-swing dancer from So Cal. His is famous for encouraging our younger generation to me "smooth" and be your own dancer. In this episode video we get our inspiration from one of his memorable bal-swing show steps and give our interpretation.

Add to you Bal-Swing by understanding different ways to transition using the 'come around'. This video goes over connection, mechanics and a variety of exits when leading and following the come around i.e lolly kicks, promenades and come arounds into closed position.
